This item was tested to receive power, boot up and finish its start up tests, pop out two sticker labels from the printer (might be out of ink though), and weigh items accurately. Tried to print something manually but you need to enter some kind of unknown code. Sticker roll not included. Looks to be in great working and physical condition. Comes with power cable.
