nice shape commercial quality mobile laptop stand. top tray can swivel and lock in multiple postitions. heavy duty casters for great stability. base (black mat part) measures about 21x20", top tray area is about 13.5"x15.25" and will accomodate up to a 16" laptop. about 28" tall when tray is flat. missing one bolt that does not seem to affect stability.
