3-jaw x 4" simultaneous metal lathe chuck plain back
This is a heavy duty 4" diameter x 3-Jaw Self Centering Metal Lathe Chuck with a plain back. This beautiful chuck has the following specifications:
Body is 4" (100mm) in diameter x 2-3/16" (55mm) thick (jaws project 3/4" out from body)
Includes (3) Inside jaws, (3) outside jaws, large chuck key, & (3) mounting bolts
Smallest diameter gripped by jaws = .079" (2mm)
Largest diameter gripped by jaws = 3.543" (90mm)
Run-out of chuck body = .001" (.03mm)
Run-out of test bar in jaws = .003" (.08mm)
This is a plain back chuck, but it has (3) 8mm threaded holes on the outer ring in a 84mm dia bolt hole circle...positioned 120 degrees apart.
