Up for sale is a set of 4 Adjustable rubber machinery mounts. Marked model SLM-1. Parts are in good condition and were removed from a decommissioned test system. These items were used to isolate a small granite plate from a rolling base. Adjustable by adding or removing air. Standard tire type air input. From the web: This machinery mount is a pneumatic elastomeric mount, well-suited for applications requiring higher deflection isolators. Vibration can be reduced as much as 90%. The high stability horizontal to vertical stiffness ratio is one-to-one, insuring excellent stability without the need for lateral restraints. Because the heavy wall construction is an integral part of the system, when significant shock forces are applied, the mount deflects and the shock load is transferred to the outer wall. Will not bottom-out if properly installed. Will continue to support and isolate even with no air pressure. Leveling the machine is easily accomplished by adding or releasing air.
