Model # 8303 antenna is new but it does show some signs of being bumped around on the storage shelves, it has "never been installed". So, if you can use a new but "banged a little" antenna and save a whole lot of money, this is your antenna. The mounting C clamp and pole clamp were lost during storage and a used set has been included...very good condtion.
