Canberra series 90 model 9100E nim bin rack, mca??

Canberra Series 90 Model 9100E
For sale- a Canberra Series 90 Model 9100E. That much I can state with confidence because it is printed on the unit. The back label also says that it has Options 9103, 9131, 9157, 9173 installed. Serial number 1183133 if that tells you anything.
I bought this because of the brand name, but have been unable to find anything about it on the web. I can say, again with confidence, that the front part is a NIM BIN 12 unit rack because I have plenty of NIM BIN modules that fit right in. I can also say that I have tested the voltages available, and it has +/- 24 volts. On 12 and 6 volts, however, it has the appropriate positive DC voltage, but on the negative side both were at about half value, roughly 6 and 3 VDC respectively.
Maybe no, maybe you just hook a monitor to it and that leaves you more space for other analyzing boards and plug-ins? The output on the lower right rear is labeled Video, so I guess that isn t a stretch. It is a 15 pin connector, but not the standard VGA configuration, so maybe an Apple monitor is what it wants to see? I probably have an Apple to VGA adaptor around here somewhere if that will help any.
There are four other blue connections, all DB25 female. From left to right the first one is labeled I/OP-a EIA. The next two are both identified as 9153 DUAL EIA CPU SBX-J4, with upper and lower also marked Port A and Port B respectively.. The two above the video out are labeled J104 STD. EIA and J101 CONTROL.
The Canberra motherboard in the back has nine unknown boards mounted, and has empty slots for another six it looks like. Whether you have all you need already installed or not I cannot possibly say. That sections has a steel cover that goes over it which was removed for the pictures. It was a bit bent up (without coming into contact with the inner boards) so I straightened it up some and it has been re-installed and is included.
Please check out my other listings for more interesting lab, test, and optical equipment, including a broad assortment of NIM BIN modules. Check back often!
