This is a complete digital voice recording system. It allows you to record: your voice, telephone calls, cell phone calls, from the built-in microphone, from the included external microphone, and to record from an external source with the mini plug input. Basically you can record most anything.
Once recorded, you can transfer the files to your PC with the USB connection, then save them, copy them to CD, even email them.

To record landline phone calls - just connect this to the duplex phone jack and the mini plug cord, set it to VOR (voice activated recording), select a folder to save the recordings in, and choose your recording length/quality. Put it in standby mode, and as soon as a phone extension is picked up - it starts recording automatically. When the phone call ends, it stops recording until the phone is used again.
To record conversations on your cell phone, use the earpiece microphone, and connect the mini plug into the voice recorder. The earpiece picks up both sides of the conversation very nicely.
This recorder is very small and compact - but very powerful. You can discreetly leave this somewhere (like in a car or under a chair) and record with the built-in microphone too.
