Andersen 400 series VENTING ROOF WINDOW unit.
This is a TERRATONE Exterior with Bare Pine Interior unit. The exterior is Andersen's Aluminum skylight cladding, and will give you many years of problem free service.

Andersen TEMPERED Double Pane Insulating Glass, With Low-E and Argon gas.
Frame size = 28" wide x 38" tall
Rough Opening size: Add 1/2" to unit width & height to determine recommended rough opening.

The unit does not have the handle for cranking open,
however, that accessory is available to order from any Andersen dealer.
This is NEW, standard production unit at an unbeatable price! It is out of it's factory box, the brackets were attached, but it was never installed or used.
