It is in perfect working condition. I have personally powered it up. The plate spins and the arm moves as it should. All of the gages are operating, and the vaccum lines and the pump are all working.
There is a 4" Diameter collection hose that needs to be replaced behind the controls, but it does not prevent the machine from being operated. It is about 12" long, and similar to that of a household dryer hose.
