Not much to say about a breaker. This one has never been used, I guess that makes it still new, even after a few years. We had or have (if we havn't sold one yet) two of these. They were purchased for machine upgrades in a meat market ( 208 Volt - 3 Phase ) and we ended up with two that were never used and were never installed in a load center. Both come in original boxes.
