subsidiaries worldwide a few years ago. Since then, Schneider has selectively discontinued the distribution of the
Merlin Gerin brand circuit breakers in its North American market and replaced the line with compatible Square D s line of Circuit Breakers instead.
Merlin Gerin Circuit Breakers still play a dominant role in its European and other non-US markets
and continues to receive product support from the Schneider Group.
