This Dinze-type cable socket (or female connector) is for 9mm diameter push-in fitting and is suitable for use with welding cable from 10-25mm . For copper-cored cable, that's a maximum of 200 amps. The connection block is brass, while the black insulation sleeve is rubber. There is a single grub screw for securing the conductive core in the connection block. This socket is manufactured to BS EN 60974-12.
