Windsor radius sweeper model RWB24 manufactured date 22/04/05 I believe it's a 2005 12 volt 20 amps missing the charging cord and the back cover which is the container didn't charge the battery because of the fact that the cord is missing but did jump it off a car battery everything seem to work properly local pickup is free
