I am selling this used Videotek VSM-61 Vectorscope. This is how I tested it: I plugged in the power, and plugged in a VCR. The result was what you see in the picture, a white dot. That's just about what I know how to test these things. IF anyone has any other ways I can test and see if it's working, please let me know. I will gladly do so.
