We bring to you our own 'stimulus package' for any home building professional. This kit is meant to give three size options. The base prices are given below of the shell of the home, and then the extra's you want can be added in a 'menu' type offering. The owners of this mill, located in South Central Kentucky, are very proud of their craft, have a deep passion and strive to build a high quality product to be enjoyed for generations to come!
Pkg A- (as photo'd and priced at $42,700 - 3200 sq foot)
Pkg B - 3,600 sq foot (same as A, larger scale) $47,500
Pkg C- 4,200 sq foot (same as A, even larger scale) $56,500
The kit does not include the basement walls, sales tax, foundation, freight, assembly of the logs, insullation, windows and doors, roofing, electric, heating cooling, septic, plumbing, chinking, interior walls.
The porch kit is a full width porch, 8 deep with posts and 5/4 decking. Full roof or just open deck is available.
The floor kit includes 12-30 6 x 6 posts depending on cabin size, floor joists for setting on 2 centers, lumber for main floor, we recommend covering floor joists with a layer of 7/16 wafer board and then tar paper on top after cabin is under roof.
A purchase order will be put in place with agreed upon time for completion of the kit. All kits are pick up pricing, delivery is available at approx. $2 per mile to any destination. Deposit of 75% due at completion of purchase order. Balance of 25% due upon completion of the kit, prior to pick up or delivery via wire transfer only.

Construction in the midwest of this on your site is available. $6 per sq foot for construction of first floor, 2nd floor, $3 per square foot, roofing is $1 per sq ft.
