Up for sale a very nice working Spark Holland Model 920 Endurance Autosampler.!
The Endurance is an autosampler that offer a wide variety of possibilities for HPLC. It is suitable for use with various types of well plates by various manufacturers. The Endurance is capable of executing full loop injections, partial filled loop injections and L pickup. It accommodates for the use of several different types of syringes from 100 L to 10 mL. The Endurance has been designed for routine analysis and method development.
What is the difference between the Autosamplers with the single 25-pin serial connector and the dual 9-pin serial connectors?
Spark Holland replied with: The Endurance (model 920) was equipped with a 25 pins serial connector in the past. Due to modifications and implementation into our Symbiosis systems the serial connection has been changed from single 25-pin to dual 9-pin multilink.
The normal serial communication (RS-232) didn t change. So in the case of 25-pin connection it is just a 1:1 pinning (no crossed cable) The pins which are important to establish a regular serial communication are:
Dispenser Syringe Volume: 500 L
One Single 25-Pin RS-232 Communication Port .
