The Langley Pig "Hog" Roast and Chicken Spit Machine
The machine is new E.U. CE-ASAE approved.
The machine is fully constructed of catering grade stainless steel. All the tools and attachments are made from surgical grade stainless steel.
The machine cooking chamber is 1.35 m long and designed for roasting a 60Kg pig in weight consuming 2Kg gas per hour on 5-6 hrs cooking.
This machine is also capable of roasting 30 stuffed British style chickens depending on their sizes or 10 joints of meat. A poultry rack for the chickens and joints is not standard equipme with the machine, but avaliable seperately.
The machine is fitted with an observation glass for costumer curiosity.
The machine is fully mobile on solid rubber wheels (2 fixed and 2 steering lockable casters).
The machine can be used under the most demanding conditions and (not to worry about flat wheels) when required to be moved.
