A face shield ideally suited for Low Level Electrical Arc Flash Hazards. The ArcShield from Oberon is designed to provide arc flash protection to the face against low-level electrical hazards, applications where a full hood may not be necessary. The ArcShield has been arc tested under actual arc conditions. Manufactured with Oberon s proprietary ARC-X material, the ArcShield provides protection up to about 8cal/cm . Lower Crown and side Shield Extenders extend the area of protection without interfering with your ability to perform your job.
