New air bearing xy stage w/ vibration isolation ( port)
Available for sale is a complete, high-precision XY air-bearing stage on granite top vibration isolation table.
Granite top measures 40x48x8 inches (102x122x20 cm). The granite top is supported by 4 electronically-controlled BiAir (made in Germany) Isolation legs connected to a Bilz controller (also made in Germany). for further stability, each leg is welded onto a solid steel base, which height adjustments on each corner so you can level the system once it is installed. There are cable guide brackets on 3 sides of the table for mounting cables and other hardware. there are also additional tapped holes on the top surface for mounting of your custom fixturing. The distance from the ground to the top surface of the granite table is about 34 inches (86 cm) and 41 inches (104 cm) to the top of the XY stage.
This is about the best as it gets for vibration isolated air-bearing magnetic driven XY stage. estimated retail in excess of $150K.
This system is heavy, est. 3000+ lbs. Local pickup is preferred but i can also have it palletized or crated for additional fee.
