Tectronix Scope Model # 516, I fired it up and it still works! Got it from a local university... they were tossing this about 10 years ago. I have ground off the school name on the front.
Dual input, no test leads or power cord; fits a regular extension cord end. The only basic thing wrong is the handle is gone on the top.
