This is a used, size 10 Wolf Form Company dress form. It is the 1995 model and its measurements are approx. : 36" bust - 28" waist - 39" hips.
I am a student of the Fashion Institute of Technology and these are the forms we use in class. They are excellent and are used widely throughout the fashion industry. Every few years our school replaces worn dress forms for new ones and allows students to take the worn ones, hence the damage which is all pictured below. It has some surface punctures and fabric damage but no internal damage (no broken neck, etc.)
Brand new this would retail for $725.00.
