This item has some cosmetic imperfections from use. The power cord will need to be replaced. The digital display and push buttons are missing from the front of the urn.
A Restaurant Equipment Technician inspected this item and he stated that the controls appear to be working, the indicator lights are coming on, and it heated and dispensed water. The half brew cycle has been deactivated and is not currently working.
