Commercial restaurant butter pat slicer cutter jadeite

This is vintage and came from the local school district. it looks to me like it will take a pound of butter and either slice it into 4 quarters by pushing through the front crossed wires or first push the upper section down and then push it through for giving you butter pats. It is marked 60 on the front with the back being marked U.S BICO FSN-7(***) 272-9488 It is commercial grade and heavy with heavily chromed upper parts and a jadeite green base. Slight loss to the chrome plating and some wear to the green on the base. all the wires are intact. It looks like it should make 60 pats per pound. 8b3d 12/12/12/3d s
