50-800 MHz, comes with soft sided carrying case and cables. NO BATTERY PACK. The unit is in good condition, with a few knicks and scratches and works well. The carry case is also in good condition, just dusty, no rips or tears. This was my fathers and from what I can gather on google is the locator is: RFI/TVI locators detect sparks and corona that cause radio and TV interference. RF and ultrasonic receivers quickly pinpoint sparking hardware on power lines. Newer models retail for over $4000.
