Laser module w/ apc diode- driver built in 650NM 10.5MM
This is a NEW, State of the Art Module
* SMALL, just 10.5 mm diameter X 14.5 mm long.
* Uses a 5.6 mm diameter diode.
* Utilizes a 650 nm, 7 mW laser diode with the APC driver circuit inside the diode package.
* No more bulky PCB hanging off the back of the module, or taking up valuable space inside the module.
* Brass Housing. If you are working on a laser product, this may be for you, we do sell modules that are smaller.
* Can be modulated at higher frequencies, >10KHz.
* Operates on 3 volts DC, but can be driven, and has stable output over a range of 2.5 to 3.3 VDC.
* Operates with only about 15 mA of current, typical.
* 3 mW of laser power output, Class IIIa. Can be set for other powers including ClassII, < 1 mW
* Available soon in 635 nm. Also available with adjustable focus lens.
* Plastic Lens, data sheet shows glass, that is also available.
* Only 1.1 mrad of divergence with Plastic Lens. Fixed Focus, -05 module is Adjustable Focus version of this module

Easy hook- up- just add 3 volts DC and go. Has standard diode pins. They can be soldered with leads, put into standard PCB's, or plugged into 0.1" header type female sockets (PC mother borad type jumper style)
