Although these are not individually brand marked,
This is original equipment Merc Quicksilver part number 28747
NOS never used soft rubber pull start handle. The big end is hollow to accept a steel rod which can be cut from a nail or bolt.
Slip your rope up through the bottom first, tie it on the nail and pull back through with the nail sideways in the handle.
Merc catalog says this is original equipment on vintage Merc 50, 78, 100, 110, 150, 200, 250, 350, 500, 500 7/8, 600, 650, 700, 700 1/2 and 800 engines.
This would also be a good upgrade for many other marine or Kart engines, Kawasaki, Briggs and Stratton, Yamaha, Suzuki, Kohler or Honda engines, generators, chainsaws, go-karts or lawnmowers. Your new handle will come in mint condition ready for your restoration. Note: Box not included
