Honeywell replacement power head zone valve fits most
This is the motor only portion of the new 5000 series zone valves. This unit opens via the yellow wires and once it opens the end switch makes contact to start the boiler (t terminals) This will work with older models with end switch such as v8043e or the terminal type valves with 5 screws..just make sure you identify which wire open the valve usually yellow and orange . red is always end switch. No draining of the system is necessary, just mount with two screws ( not provided)
