Isco 492 Electrophoresis Power Supply
We powered the unit on and the power light came on immediately. I set the power supply to the 300V side and 50 mA and connected our voltmeter. I was able to vary the output of the power supply from 12V-340V, so it appears to be working properly. The reverse polarity functioned properly also. Due to limited test equipment, I didn't try the 1000V output or the constant power or constant current settings.
