Unit is always kept indoors except for video's and pics.
Unit runs and builds Hertz. The throttle in the video is shown held wide open. With just a few minutes of time to finish it up it is ready to go! Item will need the starter wired up to the switch as well as the kill switch. It also needs a fuel tank and air cleaner.
