Sale is for one (1) RISER which is one lot / item in listing. The photo shows two RISERS but sale is for one. RISERS are commercial, catering, restaurant use grade; They fit into standard full size pan openings in commercial steam tables. These versatile RISERS can be used on flat serving tables for room temperature / cold food. The slope of the RISER allows better presentation and natural movement closer to serving area for food dishes that are not too fluid. The rim of the RISER is designed to fit into a restaurant steam serving table (11.375" x 19.75"; these are so called full size. These RISERS were available through the Hubert Supply Co. of Harrison, Ohio, < >. Overall dimensions are: Top- 13 wide X 21.25 long, MinimumTable opening fit: 11 15/16 x 19 5/8 . The non magnetic (18-8 austenitic) stainless steel is embossed / stamped with a decorative hexagonal pattern; this is premium material.
