This is an obsolete FIRE BADGE for EL DORADO.........I know the photo is terrible...it has a picture on the front, looks like a ladder and maybe a pick-ax......this one does not have a number on the front...and I don't think it says "Kansas" either...about 1 x 1 1/2 inches in size...it has a pin-back closure.
