This is a UPRIGHT X20N ELECTRIC SCISSORLIFT. It has a platform extension and a remote control. It comes with non-marking tires and a front slide out platform extension. Lift has platform power cord to the top for operating power tools etc. Batteries are in nice condition with an on board charger that plugs into a regular 110volt house outlet. Unit is used daily. Approx 30 inches wide by 6 feet long and reaches 20 feet high.
