These are Neodymium magnets which are VERY powerful!
They measure 1/4" wide by 1/16" thick (see photo for actual magnet).
To show the strength of these magnets, the photo shows an 18"x1" drill bit which weighs nearly 1 lb. being securely magnetized to a cast iron frying pan using only one magnet!
This is two pieces of raw, unpainted metal being secured to eachother - painted or treated metal will not magnetize as well. Please understand this before expecting the same exact results!
