New Old Stock (NOS): Functioning item has not been placed into service; may not be in original packaging, and may have cosmetic conditions that do not impair function.
Like New: Item has not been used or has been used and the item remains substantially the same as New. Item may be NOS, without packaging, or has been marked for identification.
Appears :Appears New: Item appears to be New. The condition of the item has not been verified.
Very Good: Item has had minimal use and will function as well as a New item. Item is complete and has no serious cosmetic issues.
Good: Item has been used and may have cosmetic issues. Item will perform its intended function.
Unknown: Item has not been checked for function. Item does not appear to have defects.
Used with Defects: Item has defect that may or may not affect function.

Item must be removed from our facility within ten days of the item end time or storage charges will accrue per the following: $3.00 per day for each item requiring less than one cube of space; $5.00 per day for each item requiring less than five cubes of space; $8.00 per day for each item requiring less than 10 cubes of space; $14.00 per day for each item requiring less than 25 cubes of space; $18.00 per day for each item requiring less than 100 cubes of space and $24.00 per day for each item requiring 100 or more cubes of space. A cube of space is an area that is 12 inches by 12 inches x 12 inches. Any item that has 12 inches as its largest dimension will fit in one cube of space.

For any item to be considered for a refund
2. The item must be substantially different from the information provided in the listing, or the functionality must be substantially different from that provided in the listing, for example, the item was dead on arrival.

We will provide a refund equal to the purchase price of the item. For any item to be considered for a refund
3. The item must not have been handled in a way that voided any warranties or violated any copyright or intellectual property laws. For example, opening of sealed packages, opening and/or loading of software.
If the item does not meet all of the conditions in paragraphs 1 through 3 above for Used Items or paragraphs 1 through 4 for New Items, please do not return the item until contacting No More Tools AND you have written communication from No More Tools regarding any refund that may be available.
