'A heavy roughing grade in the K30, P30-50 (C1,C5) range. The TiN-TiC-TiN coating is even tougher than PFZ and is able to machine the most difficult materials. A unique alloying element, Ruthenium, is added to provide extra strength. X500 can be used in materials like heat-resistant alloys with a low machinability factor and where low speeds are required. It is also suitable for cast irons when coolant is used.'
