Dual Position Deluxe Shaper Fence with Micro Adjustments:
Provides precise depth-of-cut settings and includes hold-downs, eye shield and 4" dust port. Oversized fence faces are T-Slotted for quick set-up.
Oversized Cast Iron Table with Milled T-Slot:
Provides full support for jigs and fixtures, which holds the work piece more securely, affording enhanced accuracy.
Includes 3/4" & 1" Spindles and 1/4" & 1/2" Router Collet standard:
Provides a full range of spindle options.
One for fence to collect at the cutterhead and a rear 4" port to extract chips from the cabinet.
Conveniently Grouped Controls:
For easy accessibility. All control are mounted in a 3-position arm to keep them within easy reach of the operator from their normal working position.
Includes a 3 HP, single phase 230V TEFC motor with magnetic controls, motor pulley, poly V-belt drive, one 9" cast iron wing, deluxe micro-adjustable fence with guard, 3/4" & 1" spindles, router collet, table inserts, miter gauge, starting pin, 2 speed pulley, wrenches, and user manual with parts breakdown.
Fence assembly includes hold-downs with full coverage guard, 4" dust port, and micro-adjustable fence halves.
Oversized table measures a full 31" x 281/2" with extension wing which provides ample support for shaping large work. Has precision ground face, ribbed under table construction to prevent warping and springing. Milled 3/4" x 3/8" miter gauge slot allows use of a variety of accessory work-holding devices, such as a miter gauge, tenoner or sliding shaper jig.
Unitized Drive Mechanism: The spindle, carriage, motor, and lowering mechanism is a single self contained unit. It travels on dovetail ways for superior accuracy and durability for the life of the machine.
