Plint & partners te-80 smoke tunnel/generator TE80

We were able to do some testing to this device, and though we did seem to run into some trouble, we believe it because we're not used to working with this item. All the components seem to work, we just couldn't get it to work properly. When we plugged the unit in, one light came on (being as the light switch is missing, it would appear that it is just always on). We checked the bulbs, and one of them was indeed blown, so we switched the working bulb out of its place and into the other, and once again, it lit up (meaning both light sockets work properly).
We put some kerosene into the bottle, and started up the smoke generator. After waiting a few minutes, we never saw smoke in the chamber, but then we realized it was in the room with us. We gave it a few more minutes, so we could watch inside, but we could not tell where the smoke was actually coming from. We turned on the fan in the top, and while it does work fine, we still didn't get any smoke in the actual chamber itself.
