This unit combines a three-foot flattop griddle with a gas convection oven, for great use of available line space. Three elements with seperate (non-thermostatic)controls, to customize your 36" x 21" cooking space to your own specifications. One knob is a bit funky looking (see photo above), but it does the job. Oven has thermostatic control, where you need it the most. Handy storage shelf on top to keep things handy in a rush. Pull-out grease trap door so you can "cook now/clean later".
