* A Return Merchandise Authorization is required for defective product returns. Please contact us for a RMA.
* For defective items we will e-mail a call tag for the item, once we get the item returned to us, we will then send a replacement. We do not offer advanced replacements at this time.
* Refunds are only provided if a product is defective, and a replacement is not available.
* There is a 25% re-stocking fee for all non-defective returns.
