Chicken Coop - Top Quality, Solid Wood, Fast Easy Setup
* 78" x 29 1/2" x 40 1/2" includes roof and nesting box
* 2 section nesting box - 23" x 13 1/2 " x 13"
* 2 removable perches for easy cleaning
* 4' of total perch roosting space
* Metal arm extension for easy opening and closing of coop/run door (this metal arm does not show up on all pictures, but it is included)
* Slide out cleaning tray for easy cleaning. (the cleaning tray does not show up on all pictures, but it is included)
* Solid duroid roof slopes to the rear for optimal water drainage
* Coop is 4 sq ft + nexting boxes 2.1 sq ft + run 14.5 sq ft = 20.6 sq ft total space of covered living area. Roof overhang is not included in total space. Note that the covered area below
