This is an original antique catalog of John Deere equipment tilted Better Farming with the dealer s name Gulstine & Waskey of Madison, South Dakota printed on the cover. This catalog is 80 pages plus the covers measuring a bit over 6 x 9 .
Almost all the equipment featured in this catalog is John Deere including Plows, Cultivators, Harrows, Loaders, Mowers, Wagons, Corn Shellers, Elevators, Mills and lots more. Also featured area few other items including Root Vandervoort farms engines (six models show), New Way Jewel Air Cooled Engines, Velie Motor Cars including the 40 and Dispatch models, Velie Buggy models, Stover Feed Mills, Reliance Pitless Scales and more.
I don t find a date anywhere on this catalog but it appears to be published around 1912 or so. I am not sure if this catalog was actually issued by John Deere or published by the dealer but 80% plus of the equipment in here is John Deere.
