This is a NEW AP Tech Stainless Steel Vacuum Generator (PN: 89-89100197) still sealed in original manufacturer's box. This generator has 3-Ports, and one of the ends has a swagelok coupler attached. The photos show a typical item for sale. Only what is shown in the photos is included.
* End connection sizes: (1) 1.4" Male Face Seal, (1) 1/4" Tube Stub Weld (1) 3/8" Tube Stub Weld
* Cleaned, welded, assembled, tested and packaged in a Class 100 clean room
* Surface finish 15-20 in Ra
* 26 in. Hg (100 Torr) vacuum generated (refer to inlet pressure vs. vacuum curves for efficiency)
