We are unable to determine manufacturer. Unit is in fair to good cosmetic condition. Unit has a rod approximately 6 1/2" in length and 1/8" in diameter at one ened. Unit is untested. The other end measures approximately 1/4" in diameter. The cable from tip to tip measures approximately 121 1/2" in length.
