Mitsubishi Diode Module, 250A IF(AV)/1600 VRRM,
These are Mitsubishi Diode Modules (Part# RM250DZ-2H) rated at 250A IF(AV) and 1600V VRRM. Each contains a pair of diodes in a series configuration with access to all three nodes.
They are NEW and unused stock from a Variable Speed Motor/Drive Installation & Maintenance company that recently closed down and are guaranteed against DOA. They were stocked as spare parts for the Toshiba VFA3 AC motor drive controller series and some have a Toshiba spare parts label on the side of their box.
Two units can be used for a single phase full wave rectifier, and three for a three phase full wave rectifier.
