General Construction: presses are manufactured using formed, structural steel for stability and long term durability in harsh plant environments. The vacuum table is a perforated, zinc plated steel plate. The heating system is mounted in the hood surrounded by an aluminum reflector. The hood opens manually via a spring counterbalanced hinge system. A separate hinged frame holds the diaphragm allowing it to be lowered for vacuum activation before closing the hood to activate heating.
