Pictures taken of the damaged item's box as well as the item itself. So that we know what condition the item was in before its return to our facility.
Once you have taken the pictures, please e-mail us at ****@fairpoint.net and report the damage as soon as possible.
Steps will then be taken to quickly and efficiently resolve the issue.
