Blue Max 2100 is designed for joining difficult to weld or dissimilar steels and "hard-to-weld" applications. Provides high resistance to cracking with high strength. All-position welding, except vertical down.
Very smooth arc with spray type metal transfer.
Excellent operator appeal low spatter, and exceptional wetting action. Can be lightly dragged without freezing to the weld.
Blue Max 2100 is designed for "hard-to-weld" applications.
Provides high resistance to cracking, yet high strength when joining steels that are normally difficult to weld.
Designed for all-position welding, except vertical down.
ISO 9001 and 14001 certified - manufactured to standards for environmental and quality management systems.
Use on high carbon steels, low alloy high strength steels, manganese steels and tool steels.
Can be used for a base in hardfacing or stainless steel cladding applications.
Requires a wider weave technique in the vertical up position than does a Red Baron stick electrode.
