These discs are 2.4X Dual Layer DVD R with an non-printable top surface. Arita discs are manufactured by Conrexx and have a Ritek Dye so the quality of this disc is exellent despite the budget price. They have also been tested for compatibility with XBOX 360 (subject to drive firmware).
