Up for sale we have a used Pitney Bowes Galaxy 180 Mailing Machine.
This unit is being sold for parts or for use as a high speed envelope sealing machine and here is why. I have been told that this machine is no longer supported by Pitney Bowes so you cannot get a postage meter for it. However if you already have this model, and you have an active postage meter, this unit could be very useful to you.
It belonged to a car dealer that recently closed and they said they used it up until the dealer closed it's doors. Due to the fact that there is not postage meter installed I cannot do any testing to the postage side of the machine. I have however tested the envelope sealing capabilities and that feature works great. This thing really blows through the letters! The previous owners said they bought it for $13,000 and it was a good machine for them. They had to send the postage meter back to Pitney Bowes since that is the requirement for Pitney Bowes postage meters.
This unit comes with a box of about 10 extra ink cartridges, 2 bottles of Easy-Seal and some other supplies that are not in the pictures.
