This is a salvaged power supply. Details are unknown. Untested.
It sports one LM 337T (adjustable negative 1.5A -1.2V to -37V) voltage regulators and one LM317T (adjustable positive 1.5A 1.2V to 37V) voltage regulator. The only pot I see on the board is hot glued in place. The big capacitors on the board are 3700 uF and 2800 uF. It also has a toggle switch and a fuse holder. It is selectable between 115V and 230V AC input.
